Best Family Vacation Experience
Let me first start off by saying, the kids and I were so ready for a vacation. COVID has impacted us all in some way or another. When I first reached out to Pam, she was very attentive to my request and informative about family friendly resorts that were clean options (she was knowledgeable about where to stay and where not to stay), had kids clubs and activities for us all. Pam made this overall experience very easy for us all, she thought of things that I didn't, took care of transportation needs and even sent me travel forms in advance so I could complete them earlier - this saved a lot of time. As we got closer to our departure date, Pam kept me updated on flight info and even travel time from the airport to the resort because right now in Cancun, there is construction on their main highway - so I was well prepared for what would normally to be a 30 minute drive that turned into an hour and fifteen minutes - but we made it. - Tanisha - Indianapolis, IN

Pam helped us plan our latest vacation to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Off to Hawaii
Ms. Pam set up our second trip with the touch of a true professional. This trip was twice as long and double the distance of travel between embarkation and return but was executed with the ease and comfort of a weekend trip to see the grandkids four hours down the road. A coast to coast plane trip, overnight stay in Los Angeles, 15 day cruise with a coast to coast flight home all done with no complications, hassles or missed connection. Easy and accommodating
We met Pam through our neighborhood business group a couple years ago and were impressed with her knowledge and integrity. When we were invited on a Disney cruise with some family we thought let's take the hassle out of figuring this out and we gave Pam a call. She was quick to research our request and suggest a cabin option that would be best for us and our 6 year old son based on our budget. She handled all the arrangements and even took care of making monthly payments on our cruise. She alerted us when it was time to consider travel insurance as well as when to register online for everything on the ship. Whenever we had a question about this or that she was on it and if she didn't know the answer she got back to us right away. She checked on us right before the cruise as well as sent out a little note afterwards to see how things went. We could have booked on the internet but after the experience of working with Pam, WHY???
