If you want someone who will go above and beyond to help you sail through the "red tape" it would be Pam. She helped us plan a 30th anniversary cruise to New Zealand and Australia as well as handling all of the airline reservations. I can tell you if I had to do it myself we never would have gone. Pam is very good at finding discounts and ways of saving that we would not have thought about. When we were ready to travel we had all our documents in advance.
