This picture was taken at the end of the Graduate Agent Education Program that I attended in Florida.  I'm a graduate of Disney's College of Knowledge, which was many many hours of online training and the Florida trip was an extension of this training.  I visited all of the parks and conducted site inspections at 13 of the Disney Resort properties as well as ship inspection of The Disney Wonder.
